Dial Pad Skins & Background for 6800
Just wondering who has the dopest dialpad skin (in their mind) and if anyone knows how to add a background to it. I am trying to fit in here but this is one of the tricks to the trade that I just can't seem to figure out.
If you could be so kind as to give me a link to some cool dialpads and how to customize w/ a background (if possible) that would be better than awsome...it would be AWSOMER (that's my favorite made-up word) |
I know this will not help you with making your own......but....For complete themes that will skin everything including the calculator, Win Mobile, and the phone take a look at here:
http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unithemes/?en You will have to join the SPB club...which is free...to download them for free....or pay $10 for each on. I have been using them for a while now. I currently have the silver one installed. Here is a sampling of what some of them look like: Artic Blue http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...120_dialer.gif http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...es/120_fsk.gif Silver http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...calculator.gif http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...es/120_wmp.gif Tech http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...120_dialer.gif http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...calculator.gif http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/unit...es/120_fsk.gif |
Will these themes work even if I am not running any SPB software? I would like another dialer skin and the artic blue one is slick. Also am I right that I can download some of the other dialer skins floating around without any major hitch to everything else on the unit?

Yup....they are just themes. I think they mainly just replace the default graphics used when the OS is originally installed.

Hey, look, a calculator skin that doesn't look like it was created in a kindergarten class (like the default one is)!
