bluetooth out

noticed I cant pair up, then went to connections and it wont let me select bluetooth on it just processes then goes back to black x. when I touch add new device it says problem with bluetooth hardware I am using 6.1 never cooked any rom or altered regestry this is the mogul blue light not blinking have done soft reset.
