Email attachment Size limit and other issues
 

Is there an attachment size limit in poutlook? if so can it be modified.

Also, I use live mail which works pretty good except it doesn't always download attachments. It will display that is has an attachment in the inbox view but the attachment is not visible when I open the message and there's not option to download.

Try hold-clicking on the attachment and saving it.

If I remember right you have to click the attachment first to actually download it.

There is an attachment size limit. If you go into the options for the individual mail account you want to accept them with, go through the screens with "Next", and you'll eventually see "download options" or "advanced options" or something like that. You can change the download limit there.
