Typing text in Live Search and Sirius WM5

Whenever I attempt to type in Live Search or Sirius WM5, I receive symbols as if I have the Function (fn) key lit, even though it is not. I've had this problem on two Mogul's now. Anyone else?

It's a known bug with the patched Mogul (or one purchased from a Sprint store as they all came patched).
