Is there any way to repair ESN of HTC Mogul

I resides in India and Badly need the solution if any

Ehhh what do you mean repair the ESN? The ESN is a serial number, I do not see how it may need to be repaired.

he is looking for a way to modify the ESN of the mogul in order to use it on a foreign network - probably one who will not activate ESN numbers that they did not issue.

IF thats so, i'm not sure how you do it. He should look for how it's done on the 6700 as i'm sure it will be almost exactly the same way. I only know of a way to do it with samsung phones.

the method of changing the NVM on the 6700 does not work on the 6800.

Oh, damn. Well guess he's SOL tell someone comes up with a way to do it.

I need esn solution also, as hpnasik, I must repair my esn to use in foreign networks.
I noticed that NVM folder is locked, see nothing in it.

As far as ive seen there is no method to do this on the 6800 "Yet"... But there has to be people who are trying to figure it out so Id say give it a lil time...
