6800 (Verizon) - need help with WifiModem (or pay alternative) !!!

Ok, I just reflashed my phone with a new ROM created using the PPCGeeks kitchen.
I just went to try out WMWiFiRouter in order to create a hotspot (so I can surf internet on my PSP). It's hanging up at "Waiting for ICS".

I'm not sure if it's an issue with the ROM (probably not) since I can't even remember the last time I tried using WiFiRouter.

So far, I've tried the old-school freeware version, as well as the new pay version (using valid trial key). And I even reflashed the ROM between attempts to make sure no residue from various versions were conflicting.

I'm desperate to get this working once again, as I need mobile inet access for my PSP.
I'm willing to even PAY for an alternate program that does the same thing, as long as it works.

As a side note, USB/Bluetooth tethering still works just fine.

Awesome, I'l try.

I've since found that WMWiFiRouter as indeed working.
It's just the PSP won't see it (as it's ad-ghoc mode is locked to seeing other PSPs only).

Try using the most recent version of WMWifiRouter (1.25), it is much more advanced and has a bunch of customizations that should work for you.

Here is the link for the one month trial. There is a hack out there, but I have read it doesn't really work right. If you like it, I suggest you buy the program because it is really a great piece of software.
