I've only tried SiriusWM5 and I have to say it works pretty much perfectly.

My only worry is how much song listening I can do before Sprint starts to complain about my 'unlimited' 'net service.

Basically it's your choice as to which program you want to use to listen to the stream. If you choose TCPMP, you'll use that. If you don't, you'll use Windows Media Player. Personally, I'd install the latest free version of TCPMP (came with the installation I found) and use that, as it's a lot less memory intensive.
