Tired of my Mogul
I have had a sprint mogul for about a year now and I have had the damn thing replaced four times. It will work for a little while and then it will start to go bad....
The phone apps. will run slow or error, Information will go missing and come back almost at will, I will do a soft reset and not all of the today screen info will return. I have tried to remove apps. and reinstall them and they will work for a short time and go bad again. These problems don't happen all the time, but enough that I am ready for a new phone. I have talked to a couple sprint reps. about the Touch PRO and they only give me the general info about the phone and i would like to know, other than the info you can find on a flier what else is nice about the PRO.

I would try a hard reset first. Back up your contacts, maybe a full system backup first. A hard reset will remove all your personal information and installed applications, texts, e-mails pictures unless they are on the storage card.
Do you have alot of apps installed?

I tried a hard reset about a month ago and it worked for a little while....
I don't have a lot of apps. on my phone and the ones I have are from Sprint except for Weather Panel 2009

For your applications, do any save data? Live Search for example saves information for later use and can end up killing the device memory if that is where the data is saved. Are you using the animated Manilla weatherpanel icons? That uses alot of memory.

I have had mine for almost 2 full years and no problems.... Refuse to turn in.

Contact Advanced Tech Support at 877-345-7895. Explain your recent issues and make sure to say you've had X number of phones, all with the same inevitable issue. They were switching Mogul owners into TPs.
But, I do want to stress that you will have quality issues with the Pro, unless you are tremendously lucky. Otherwise, it's a better phone in every way.
