auto blue tooth on/off

I recall looking for something like this many months ago so I thought I'd try again.

Anything out there that would automatically turn BT off if not connected within a set period of time? Sure would be a handy battery saver.

Of course the perfect thing would be when a BT device is activated (like a handsfree car phone device) it would automatically turn the handheld's BT on.

It would be worth some $$$ to me.

Jack

Re: auto blue tooth on/off

you can try CycleBT and place a shortcut on the today screen so you easily turn it off and on.

thanks - yes, that's what I've been doing. My BT car speaker phone does automatically turn itself off if no connection after 10 minutes so I was thinking the PPC's (Mogul) BT could do the same with the right software, tweak or whatever.
