Help with adding PAM to SERO Plan

I want to buy the Mogul via SERO, but without tethering I don't feel SERO is worth it. I've read about people adding PAM (extra $40/month), but the SERO rep says this is not possible. Anyone have any info/suggestions on this?

I know about PDAnet, but don't want to risk getting caught with sky-high usage bills.

That SERO rep is full of . You can add it. Do a search, I think there's a registry-hack/MSL-code-setting combo you can do to do free tethering.

Yeah, the most common problem when attempting to get SERO is that sprint employees are poorly informed and may not know the plan details and what they can or can't do...

Calling *2 again may get you a rep who knows it a lil better, Or you can call retentions.

PAM costs $40 extra on SERO, but I really don't see the point. PDANet or USBModem will let you tether undetected. But if you're really worried, doing the legit thing couldn't hurt. Personally I'd rather spend $50 a month on a data card than $40 just to tether my phone.
