Sending Contacts from other phone?
 

I just received my Mogul today and have just about finished customizing it. However, I am having trouble importing my contacts from my old phone. My other phone is a Sony Ericsson that has both bluetooth and an infrared port.

I have tried send the contacts both ways, but all I receive is notification saying "You are receiving data. To stop receiving, press cancel." Then immediately an Operation Failed alert pops up and says "Failed to save. Received data may be incomplete."

Any ideas or suggestions?

so does the beam receive work? or it was just bluetooth that failed? i'm not extremely familiar with SE phones, but if you have a memory stick, can you copy all your contacts to the card (as vcards or something) and then import them into outlook and sync with your mogul?

i know i had an issue with my Moto Q not talking with my 6800 (via BT) and i think its the Mogul's fault cause it wont talk to anything. my guess is that it's an OBEX thing, and i thing there might be a fix for it somewhere in one of the reg edit programs, but i'm not sure if it fixes this issue or not.

My sony is a very basic phone and was surprised to find that it had bluetooth and infrared, so I can't copy them to anything.

Is there a setting I can change on the Mogul to allow either connection?
