Re: picture mail help!!!

Welcome here...
Maybe look in this thread. SPRINT Arcsoft MMS 5.0.70.24. Threading MMS works! (Updated 3-2-09)
I did see some post with people using this on their 6800s.

Re: picture mail help!!!

I guess the Sprint PicMail uses alot of memory. Use the task manager to close other open programs. Look in the software forum for Oxios Memory. It includes two programs which will help recover RAM.

Re: picture mail help!!!

I too get this time to time. If you havent downloaded any updates yet.... a quick fix is to just reset your phone. Ive noticed that after reseting, it would allow me to send out the pictures. I'm assuming this would be an easier step then reinstalling the picturemail app.

Re: picture mail help!!!

Have you tried the SMMS application by SomeGuy? It uses your same Sprint PicMail account and doesn't have issues with memory.
You can find a free trial here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=22509
And if you like it, a small donation will activate a full version.

Re: picture mail help!!!

I could never get the Sprint picmail to run either. The someguy MMS program works well for me though. Not quite as fancy, but it sends and receives your picturemail.
