No Vibrate after Rom Flash

I updated my rom today, my vibrate worked before. After I flashed it to a kitchen cook that i made it didnt vibrate anymore. So then i reinstalled the stock alltel rom and it still did not vibrate.
Any ideas, maybe a reg fix or something to get the phone to vibrate again? and it does not vibrate on boot.

Any Ideas? Please, It really sucks without it

I'm one of those guys that almost always has his phone on vibrate so I dont disturb others. I'd like to stay that way.

Never mind it just started working all by it self, freakin weird if you ask me.
