htc mogul internet not working

i had my mogul flashed to cricket and the internet worked. I ended up getting the phone cut off and now that its back on the internet isnt working. can anyone help?

If you haven't changed anything on your phone, I'd say it has something to do with Cricket. Call them.

try a hard reset, itll keep your rom, but itll reprovision your web again

will the hard reset erase all of my contacts, pics, ect...?

hard reset will clear everything that isnt on your memory card, so in other words, yes, it will erase contacts, pics, calendar, call history, etc...

check out a program called "SPB backup", you can use that to create a backup of your phone before you hardreset.

you can also just back up personal data like pics, contacts, calendar, etc... and all you have to do is run the backup file it creates to restore all that information after you do a hard reset.

how do i do the hard reset? does my internet problem have anything to do with the internet settings? it always asks for a username and password and domain... when it doesnt connect it says i entered wrong username and pass. maybe the phone has the wrong info so it wont connect?

to do a hard reset hold both softkeys (keys with a dot on them) and push the reset button on the bottom of the phone beside the microsd card slot and it will ask you if you really want to reset everything, hit R(for yes) on your keyboard. and then once its done it will tell you to hit space

let it do its thing and once its finished you can use it again.
