buying used mogul worth it?

I'm an ex-HTC Touch Pro user. I returned it because I found out about the palm pre ::drools:: I need something decent until it is released. Is buying a used mogul on craigslist for about $100 worth it?

there's the infamous white spots, lack of RAM, and general "chipset problems"

wow. that's scary. these issues are even worse than the ones plaguing the touch pro. why does htc make such bad phones?

Re: buying used mogul worth it?

I bought one used for 150 on Craigs list.. It was worth it IMO. Looks good as new.. Came with 2 chargers, a car charger and an Extended battery... 512Mb micro sd too, but i have a 1gb so yea.

They are better phones out there, but the Mogul is good IMO. Once you flash a ROM that is.. With extra space that is DESPERATELY needed.

I already miss my Mogul even though it is sitting on the coffee table behind me. Just knowing that in less than 15 days it will be on it's way back to Sprint to become someone else's refurb makes me sad.
