Creating Internet Connection for Sprint

I had my ppc-6800(cracked screen) replaced by a refurb by sprint. After setting up the phone connection manually(long phone call )- I can't figure out how to set up the internet connection. I searched the forums a few times and read the internet sections of the manual, but could not find the question answered for sprint specifically.

I made a new modem connection to #777- I have not figured out the username/password/domain to use in order to connect. I'm going to continue searching but if anyone can point me in the right direction it'd be much appreciated.

Re: Creating Internet Connection for Sprint

User Name / Password / Domain should be left blank. The check save password.

Alternatively, you try using a carrier cab, that sets up the internet connection for you.

Are you on sprint?
You may have to call them and have them re-provision your phone

Go to settings/connections/connections/manage existing connections. Tap and hold on the existing connection. A menu will pop up to delete the connection, go ahead. Delete any other connections if there are more than one. Hit OK, OK to exit, then install the Sprint carrier cab. You might need to soft reset afterward, but the Sprint connection should be there.
