hard reset
how do i do a hard reset ive been messing around with this phone for days, it was given to me by a friend and cant figure anything out, mainly because of passwords and account already setup..would this even help me?

Google really is your best friend when you are on the net. Press and hold both the soft (dot) keys and press the reset button with the stylus at the same time.
