my screen goes black oh my, oh my

can anyone help me.... when ever i access the keyboard to my mogul the screen goes black... it still functions but i can see nada! when i slide the screen close again it lights back up.... i have no idea what is going on.... anyone out there have/had this problem?

and besides a xv6800 we got no more information to use. rom? radio? keyboard ? programs added? etc etc.

could be a hardware issue. Maybe your flat wire connector got tweaked somehow. If you slide out the keyboard half way, does the screen go black? I guess I'm asking, when exactly does your screen go black? When it's fully extended out, the instant you start sliding, half way, etc? Don't let the keyboard just pop out, kinda hold it back to do this testing.

I had the same problem with my old Apache. It was a connection problem Sprint fixed as a warranty issue. Only difference was my screen streaked. then went white. then went black.

It also fixed itself for a few months then one day broke to the point of uselessness one day on the way to work.

Try to take it in now before it gets worse.
