phone functions on one screen: hack / app / dialer skin?

I am addicted to using the speaker phone, but it's driving me nuts having constantly to switch between the Call Status / Keypad screens.

Is there a hack / app / dialer skin available to get all of the phone functions on one screen?

You can hold down the green hard button to turn the speaker phone on and off. Although I'd like the ability to have all functions show on the screen at the same time.
