htc mogul metro pcs web browsing need help!

does anyone know how i can add web browsing and pic messaging to my flashed htc mogul ? it's flashed to metro already but i have no internet yet... is there a program or software i need to install? step by step instructions would be a lot of help ^_^ thanks guys
