HTC Mogul SMS Issue

I have a mogul that I am using on Cricket. I have made the adjustments to the settings in the registry as recommended by the forum. I can send and receive text from some users but seem to not be able to receive messages from Sprint or AT&T users. Has anyone had this problem? What will fix this?
