comm manager leak mogul oem cab file

I heard that the comm manager by mmfrazz has a memory leak on the mogul. I tried to remove it from program manager and it didn't uninstall properly and i would like the cab file for the oem comm manager so i can install it. Which folder does the comm manager install into.

I doubt there's a CAB for the OEM Comm Manager available since it's on the ROM.

You probably did not close the Comm Manager in Settings - Memory (or with a task manager) before uninstalling.

I'd recommend a hard reset.

Ufortunatly i have to agrea with Pibe38, sounds like you'll need a hard reset to take care of this. Happened to me when i first tried to remove the version of the threadedSMS program before it was slightly slimed down by codyppc on sprintusers. I removed it, but it was still there and not in the list of programs to remove, ended up having to hard reset it myself.

that is what i thought i had the same issue with paulya dialer since i never closed it and it corrupted the oem dialer so i had to hard reset. I had hard reset i have done so many tweaks and changes that i have at least hard reset my phone 8 or 9 times in less than a week. I am getting pretty good at this lol, i don't know about you guys but i am use to soft reseting the often and hard reseting. I hard reset and then soft reset before it installs the sprint junk and then i load up my spb backup. I installed everything i needed and did not tweaks or setting changes just a nice clean install with all my information and made a backup. Then i make changes to it and if it messes up i just go back to the clean backup i made. How do you guys recover from a hard reset do u install everything one by one. Does any one have a list of software not to install on the 6800, i know the dialer, the comm manager and htc touch software since it is gsm based. What else has issues or leaks.

equivalents for you
Soft Reset=Restarting your computer
Hard Reset= Reformatting your computer

so soft reset resets the phone hard erases all data and brings it back to stock
