Power doesn't go off when push mail is active
 

My 6800 doesn't turn power off automatically when push mail is on, and it drains battery continuously. I set power control applet so that it turns off the device if not used for 1 minute, but it has no effect. I've found if I deactivate the push mail schedule by changing it to manual, power does go off as normal. Does anyone experience the same issue? Any suggestions?

That's odd because push should work on the background even when the device is asleep, so it makes no sense for it to keep the phone awake.
