permanant evdo

hey. i was wondering if anyone else had this problem. i have nothing installed... well just the mms hack and i have permanant evdo. all day everyday. and it drain the $#!T outa my battery!!! it wouldnt last a day!

With a dormant connection- i.e. gray arrows, not white correct?

If so that is fine/normal.

no its white all the time. on the first day it would say something like "applicationg connect to the internet themselves" when i tapped on it but now it just say connected sprint pcs all the time. i dunno if this is a good thing to be connected all the time or not =/ ive had the phone since the 22nd

You sure you don't have anything else installed? Have you isntalled the HTC Touch Dialer skin?

nothing at all kind sir... i switched over from a sidekick so i'm pretty new to everything. i just found the one click mms on this forum and thats as far as i've gotten. thanks for ne help you can offer

never mind, fixed it myself. at least i know how to turn on the evdo without a registry mod now =D
