Yeah everything I've read says that people have tried the 4Gb and it works fine. I haven't grabbed one yet but I will be soon. I believe amazon had one for 65$ish which is a steal.

i forgot where i read it, but some people had problems with the cards from the seller on amazon (all had same serial or something).

supposedly those cards would not work properly either.

there are some on ebay in retail packaging for a little more.

also, the verizon store by my house wanted $129?

from what is heard the cheaper ones were fake but most people were able to call sandisk and have them swap it out. Obviously don't tell them it is a fake tell them it is having a hard time reading or errors out or some bs. If you can afford it get the verizon one since it is guaranteed to be the real deal and not a fake.

Fuuny thing about that was that SanDisk has also "declared" the Verizon ones as fake. There's a thread over at PDAPhoneHome tha follows the discussion.

[quote="flipside"]Cheapest available right now from as seller on amazon here $62.99 plus shipping

seems like it dropped down to $54 on amazon.

hm... what do the "fake" ones look like, i wonder. Man, china needs to get its acts together, with all the fake and substandard things going on. But then, considering the incredible amount of stuffs coming out of there...
oh well.

no just clueless/lazy CSR declaring fakes base on no justifications.

After lenghty investigation include the owner of the amazon store IN CONJUNCTION with pdaphonehome admin, they have talked with higher level Sandisk personnel and its been verified as LEGIT SANDISK CARD!

and yes its 4gb and it works

goto the thread and read up on it, probably easier to read from the bottom up for the latest result than go through all 17 page worth of discussion(which goes like "Fake!, not fake!, fake!, not fake!)

I think they are selling for about $55 + shipping right now grab them while its hot

The $55 deal I think only lasts through the weekend, so grab them while they are hot. Also, the cards have been confirmed as legitimate, so buy with confidence.
