Now it didn't work again today and I have test 10 times, with not one alarm waking the device. However Pocket Informant DOES wake the device with each alarm that I have set there......

Is this not a big problem to many people? it seems like no one is really annoyed by it.....

Yeah, I cant get mine to work. What do you guys think is the best way to bring this bug to Sprint's/HTC's/Microsoft's attention, so that they know they need to fix it?

Please, everyone who is having the alarm issue, please call Tier2 tech support for Sprint to report this 866-818-1944 (Direct Line). They said they need more reports of this bug before they can escalate it to the Software Engineering group. So please hound them so we can get this fixed.

I tried GSAlarm one of my main programs with the 6700, it never failed but on this Mogul it doesnt work. So I, we will need to be doing some work to try to get this fixed. Till this is resolved I will be charging my Mogul during the day and leaving it unplugged at night so it can wake me in the morning. I hope it works

I think this is a bigger problem then just Alarms. I've also noticed that WeatherPanel does not do it's normally scheduled updates when the phone is in standby.

me too

This happened to me too this morning. I have been using enAlarmPPC and I thought for sure I was all-good. I had used the standard wm6 alarm and simply didn't like it. I did not have the plug in/charging freeze up issue that I know of until this morning.

I read hipphopp's list about locking the phone. You mean use the device lock feature? Please explain.

Has anybody tried the Settings/System/Power/Advanced/ and uncheck turn off device on external power ??

This better be fixed.. I want this to be my phone until higher res / bigger screen ppc's.
