Mogul Build Quality Questions

I have noticed some build quality issues with my Mogul, and I am afraid to send it back for fear of getting a unit with dead pixels. Here is what I am seeing:

1) The Windows, OK and Tab keys on the keyboard are raised so much so that I could almost pry them off. If I push them down, they seem to stay down for about 20 mins.

2) When the keyboard is open and you hold it in a normal typing posture, there is a little play between the assembly with the keyboard and the assembly with the screen. If I roll it forward and back the screen wobbles a bit.

Wondering if anyone else's have these issues, or if it is just a small percentage of units. Please check out your Mogul's and see if they are the same.

I have called Sprint for a replacement, and hope to get it on Tuesday. Of those who are not experiencing the issues I named above, do you have any dead pixels?

My only issue is that the dpad seems really cheap and has too much give to it. I compared my Mogul to an 8125 and 8525 at work on Friday and they seemed a lot sturdier.

my only issue is that when the keyboard is flipped out. if i hold the keyboard portion on the phone, the lcd part shakes a little. its not in danger of fallnig apart or anything, but its got a bit of a wiggle to it. im assuming its the design of the new hinge they are using. ive taken the phone apart and nothing is loose so ths the hinge itself

My Windows, Tab and OK keys are raised some on my 6800 keyboard as well. I thought it was done that way on purpose as a feature. Are they not supposed to be raised? I don't plan on exchanging it just for this, but was curious.
