Automatically send calls to voicemail while using WMODEM or ICS???

Ive asked this 1000000 times nobody seems to know the answer

I want to automatically drop all incoming calls to voicemail while using my phone as a modem(wmodem.exe) or using internet connection sharing.

Please please please tell me how....*70 or whatever * code doesnt work
