True, true... The S9s are designed primarily for music on the go, I'm just happy they do voice at all at that size. But yeah, it's important to consider that they completely LACK noise cancellation.

Tried the Bluetreks. Battery life is great, design and sound suck. The moto 820s were the best sounding pair I've tried and very easy to use. I got rid of them because I looked like Princess Leah in the gym. Sorry, I didn't coin that one. The S9s were the compromise headset for me. Pretty good sound, fit, and looks very discrete. Only gripe is brief disconnects when in my pocket. Place your mogul on an armband, and it shouldn't be a problem.

I've tried the S9's but not for any extended duration. I'll let you know when my pair gets here and I put them through the paces. But during my short trial they sounded great. Heard them on a PPC-6700 and they didn't sound as great. BT 2.0 has is a necessity with them. Guess it could have been the sound source, didn't verify his bit rate.

The S9s sound great, especially for the gym or running. Be prepared for cutouts if you put it in your pocket. Outside use is pretty bad too. Despite that, and the short battery life, I still love mines. BTW, sprint sells them in store for $130. Pricey, but that includes the sprint 1 year warranty. So I'll be upgrading before my one year is up.

Pulsar 590?

I've got a set of the Plantronics Pulsar 590 headphones that sound gorgeous on A2DP with the Mogul. They even do a a great job with AVRCP. The only issues I have with them is:

1. That big @## flashing blue ring.

2. Haven't figured out to disconnect without powering them off.

3. Audio skips Oto the point of uselessness) when WiFi and A2DP are in use at the same time.

I don't use the wifi often as it's super power hungry though.

I have the S9's and they are fantastic. I know some people say they aren't comfortable for long periods but I find them very comfortable once I put on the larger ear buds. Also in regards to the cut outs. I have the same problem with mine but I found if I put the phone in my pocket face side into my body they cut outs went away entirely. Must be something with the location of the bluetooth antenna at the back of the device.
