##778 send is not going to the edit page after hard reset

I need help after hardreset on xv6800 i get in & out going calls data email internet all working good but when i dial ##778 OR by running Windows\EPST.exe it will not go to the edit page to see AKEY and ESN MSID so.. IT WILL NOT WORK ? ....

I AM running ROM VER.. dcd 3.34
RADIO VER.. 3.42.30

Instead of hitting send try ##778#

Is it a custom rom?????? because if it is, then it could have a custom dialer and wont allow it to work for some reason.

Hey Shady install this and soft reset and it should work

Yep, as said some dialers will not have working ## codes. Been there and found out the hard way.
