on mine when it said failed to send file it then went to a correction screen in RUU after hitting next in the RUU and i followed those steps. if that doesn't work then im stumped and hopefully some seasoned vet can figure this out.

after i said no to the file transfers it does complete the Hard-SPL-MFG prog. and goes through and it fails.

don't run the Hard-SPL-MFG program. Run the sprint rom (any OS/Radio rom will do) and then go through the steps and RUU should pop up with an error. Then click next and follow the steps to try and do the repair.

You have to do what phonejunkie said. You'll want to find a Titan ROM that is compatible with your SPL-1.20.Olipro bootloader and install that. Hopefully it will also be compatible with the radio that you have.
Then, upgrade to the bootloader/SPL that the custom ROM that you want to flash requires. That new bootloader or ROM may require a new radio be installed. Then install your custom ROM. Good luck!
