couple q's

first..... I cant connect to the internet... Not sure why. It just says "username and password incorrect..." and the number it uses is: #777 is that right? the addresses are like 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2
Do I need to contact UsCC?

Next, my camera doesnt work. it tells me cannot be opened either it is not signed with a trusted cerrificate or one of its components cannot be found.... any ideas?
