6800, BT, and Handsfree Kits

I know most of us are only a few days or hours into using our new units. Has anyone tried pairing their phone with a carkit?

No matter what I try my phone "sees" my car kit, but when I try to pair them using the correct passkey I instantly get an error message saying that there was either a communcation problem or the passkey was incorrect.

I cannot get it to pair to my car (05 Magnum), my brothers car (Ford 500) or my mothers car (Cadalack something) for the life of me... I dont know what the issue is... The phone finds thae car but then gives the same error as above and the car cant see the phone if i try to pair it that way... Anyone have thoughts?
