Help: I can receive calls but cannot call out!
 

My Mogul has been working fine for about a day now after activating it, although i couldn't send any sms all of yesterday. So now my phone can receive calls but cannot make calls out. When i try to call out it says "welcome to sprints activation hotline". So i try to activate the phone and the activation codes do not work! The codes i tried are ##080679# and ##392268#. So did anyone experience trouble sending out sms or was it just me?

i would try a hard reset, and if that don't work, either *2 or drive to sprint store and tell them that the crappy phone is broken (even tho it isn't a crappy phone, we don't want them to think it isn't )

Thanks guys. I got it to work. I just followed the activation prompt on the phone and it directed me to some automated system and then says 'your phone is now activated'. I don't remember having to do that once you program the phone. anyways that was a frustrating experience.

I had this happen once with a 6700 on VZW. Same as you, I found it was a provisioning issue on thier end. Glad you got it working though.
