im in the process of building my own solution and that's probably a decent price for 1gb of mail.

btw, html mail looks nice on this thing!

Thats the price through my webhost, and its the cheapest i have seen as well. Theres alot of licensing an work that goes through to keep an exchange system running good. In essence from your desktop your keeping a connection with the exchange server for as long as outlook is open.

i just have all my gmail forwarded to my mail2web box, and pushed to me. i pay the two dollars a month extra so i can "send from" my gmail address. i'm sure the ten dollar solutions offer that service as well?

Anyone been to their mail2web control panel recently? They split up the sections for the server settings, they have WM2003 and WM5, and then a new one for WM6.

They only difference I saw is that the e-mail address has an underscore instead of the @ sign.

For example... ABCDEF@mail2web.com would be for WM5 and ABCDEF_mail2web.com for WM6. Since I didn't know this I used the @ sign and I sync'ed fine to the sever... anyone know the difference? Will the underscore even work?

Just figured I'd share...

I used the underscore and it worked fine. No issues

i stand corrected.... my host dropped there price a bit.... cost for exchange with 1gb is 6.99 per user.... last time i checked they required a 3 moth subscription, but thats 21 every 3 months
