no like i dont understand how to do ne thing at all.. it gives u downloads and zips but do i download them from my computer or my phone? and how do install the themes or whatnot??

unzip the .ZIP files from your computer.
look for .CAB files transfer .CAB files to your phone using (activesync) run .CAB files from phone

Install those cab files by tapping on them while in file explorer on your phone. If you need any more help I can advise you.
