wth? i clicked submit order it went to the next page did that swirly we are customizing your order graphic, and froze there, i dont know if i ordered anything or not thats alot of money to not know, and i dont want to wait till in the morning this is really upsetting...

I knew this would happen, 40 minutes on hold with technical support and they couldnt pull up my account to see if a phone was on order???

It really doesnt suprise me any, Being with Sprint 5 years i know their customer service sucks.. now i have to wait till morning to call telesales and ask them if my phone is ordered or not... grrr of course knowing my luck its not, and ive wasted all this time... My birthday gift to myself has to wait till morning

Oh yea and isnt 40 minutes on hold at 11pm(when i placed my call) Pacific just a bit insane? grr... the problem is im not really mad, ive grown accustomed to the poor customer service and expect it... i should be mad right?

Finally...

Finally after another 40 minutes, and 3 telesales agents i finally have my phone ordered... The first one she put me on hold and never came back... someone else took the call... she 1.) said the phone wasnt availiable, and 2.) Said she couldnt handle my account(corperate discount) so she sent me off to another agent... who finally ordered my phone.

I wish Sprint/Nextel would either train its agents that they must actually talk into their headsets for the customers to hear them, and/or Speak up... because all three agents i could barely hear.

Oh well must sleep and dream about my new phone... i have a dentist appointment in 6 hours and i will finally be able to compare which is worse being on the phone with Sprint or going to the dentist...

Since I cant post on Sprintusers.com I will post here =]

So I didnt care about getting a good deal on this phone ..

I tried and she said she couldnt do anything ..

I was so excited I just bought the phone for $549 outright ..

I dont care cuz its worth it and I can sell my Q to make up for =]

But when she placed the order she said her supervisor said that the phone has been put on hold and will be released to the public in 2-3 days .. She would further expedite the phone out to me when it was placed ..

I want it tomorrow! So I am going to keep on calling in to get that phone shipped out to me tomorrow haha

Goodbye boring Moto Q! =]
