Just curious, but can't you change your alias thru the PicMail website? I haven't actually setup an alias for my pic mail, so I'm not sure if setting the alias is a one time thing or not. Also, the Picture Mail web site is blocked here at work so I can't log in and check... lol

Edit: I stand corrected... apparently I DID setup an alias and just don't remember doing it... and, no, there doesn't appear to be a way to change the alias thru the PM web site. I would imagine that sprint CS has a way to do it. Have you talked to more than just that one CS agent that hung up on you? I have found that it never hurts to call back if one rep says they can't. Usually when they say they can't do something for you its just because they don't know how to do it and don't want to look stupid by going and asking someone.

I had that same problem - at least 20-30 a day - stock promotions and viagra and other BS....i use call firewall now and it blocks them all for me.
