Text Entry "Transcribe" Missing in DCD 3.3.4

Note: I'm not talking about speech to text transcription.

I flashed to dcd rom 3.3.4 and this version does not have the "transcribe" text entry method.

In case I'm not naming it right, the transcribe text entry allows you to write across the screen...anywhere - not just in the box at the bottom, and it will transcribe your writing to text.

Anybody have a cab for this?
