Hey members,

My ppc 6800 wouldn't boot sometimes I had insurance and guess what?

Last night they replaced with a touch pro I had to pay 95.00 detutible but wow a $600.00 phone and it has wifi and keyboard plus touch flo.

Im finding the phone a with a learning curve though :(

Anyone hear of verizon doing this? Is your insurance through Asurion?
