sliding panel on xv6800

I'm confused... I just upgraded my xv6800 to Windows Mobile 6.1. Isn't Windows Mobile 6.1 supposed to come with a sliding panel home screen? if so how do I activate it.

I believe the sliding panel was for the Moto Q9C

The sliding panels are for Windows Mobile Standard (non-touchscreen phones). The XV6800 uses Windows Mobile Professional.
