Hello all, im having a big issue, i have the verizon xv6800 flashed to dcd's 3.3.4 and radio 3.42.50, My phone started acting up today and would not switch to landscape mode at all when i opened the phone, then it started freezing on me, then all of the sudden after a soft reset from the freezing up my screen has gone black. i did a hard reset and still nothing, the screen is just black, so makes me come to the conclusion that the screen is burnt although i still see light on the back of the black screen. ive been able to use my phone through my mobiler on my computer. So it looks like i have to go to verizon to show them that the phone screen is burnt, i do have insurance on the phone so maybe they can replace it. Now being that the phone is flashed to dcd's rom do i need to flash it back down to stock although the screen is black and they probably wont be able to see anything other than the black screen on my phone? or maybe some1 has an idea and thinks this may be a bug on my phone? thanx in advance

odd... try pulling the battery and/or putting it in bootloader

or you can try flashing a different ROM if all else fails.

ive tried this but it didnt work, the screen still remains black when i put it into bootloader mode, and ive popped the battery out a bunch of times and still nothing

this sounds like a good idea but how can i go about this when the screen is black and even when i put it into bootloader mode it remains black? any suggestions?

any suggestions?? not having a phone is killing me
