No plus code(011) for incoming international calls

Hi Guys,
I am lately seeing this issue. When I receive international calls, I dont see the plus code (011) anymore. Also, these numbers dont get identified from my phone book who have the numbers with the plus codes.

Go to Start- - > Settings - - > Phone - - > Services - - > Scroll down to Plus Code Dialing.. You can reset it or set 011 as your International Dialing Code..

It is already set to 011!

you don't actually have the + saved in the phone book do you? if you do and the phone rings without showing a + then it won't match the contact and will show up as unknown and whatnot..

or the plus not saved in book and the phone ring with it..
