I've messed up my HTC 6800-NEED HELP...
 

It all started w/ a trial of Pocket Informant. I did not purchase the program and now my calendar, contacts and schedules won't work, I get "The file "PITab"cannot be opened.
I even tried downloading Pocket Informant, via Franklin Covey Plan Plus for outlook. 6800 says download unsuccessful.... What should I do?

Hi there. Does pocket informant show up in your settings/remove programs?

No. There is a program called Ilum Software dockware that I am not sure of?

Now, after a soft reset, it downloaded and all is working....Does this mean I am stuck buying it? hmmm. What are others using?

unless u gave them financial info (credit card) you shouldn't be stuck buying it. even then, after the free trial i think you'll be given an option to buy or no longer use it.

After you get all the functionality from it, I would remove it from your phone.. That way you don't have a useless program taking up storage space..

I did not give them any info...but after it ran out, I could not load any other programs in its place... I would like to look @ spb diary?

PI has also been giving me difficulties. I did buy it and later decided to uninstall it. But the following problems exist:
1. I get "PITab cannot open ..."
2. I see that I have 65 active tasks but NONE of my tasks show up when I go to the tasks page.
3. This PITab is still showing even though I took the steps to uninstall Pocket Informant.

Any suggestions?
