How to fix my Outlook appointment times

My Oulook appointments are all shifted ahead one hour. Is there a way to shift them back? Maybe I have to delete my current Outlook data on the phone and re-sync. I can do that, but don't know how to do it safely.

Also, is there an app that lets me change the system time without changing the time in Outlook, etc? This would be helpful when traveling. The Treo650 would let me, everything seems to be relative to the system time on the Titan.

Thanks!
Marc
