I would like to be able to stop the 6800 from using spring data. When I am at home I would like to use wifi but it uses both then get confused and stops all data. PLus when it does data I miss calls. Is there a way to toggle it on and off blocking only sprint pcs data?
Thanks

Re: Howto block pcs data???

NoData works like a charm. I used this for well over a year on both my 6700 and mogul before I had a data plan and never used any data. I could tell from my bill.

Heres the link its at the bottom of first post.

Re: Howto block pcs data???

did you manually toggle it off in nodata. Its under programs. By default its turned on.

The phone will still try and dial *777 but will not connect. Like I said Ive used this for over a year and it is really easy to turn on/off. Even faster if you have it under the start menu.

Also you could just have it switched to wifi all the time. If you run nuerom3 you can edit the way the hardkey functions. That way you will have to turn on wifi or data directly from the comm manager.
