Definitely. the 6800 is only slightly thicker than a Moto RAZR

I second that. I am used to carrying a TI-89 in my pocket, and the 6800 is soooo much thinnner, its ridiculous. Almost feels like a checkbook.

Would you really want to put a device like this in your pocket ?

It is one way to really mess up your screen if to much pressure is on it !

just a thought and comming from someone who deals with customers who put there D. camera with a 2.5inch screen in the pocket and forgot they had keys or change or whatever and cracked the screen !

I would think the screen is not cheap to replace !

Get a decent screen protector and you should be fine. I actually pocket my 6700 with the huge extended battery. While there is a potential for damage in the pocket, I do not think I have ever actually inflicted any on my phone. Also, this is the pocket where I have my keys too.

I pocket my phone all the time. I get a few smudges/smears from grabbing it with a finger or two on the screen, but no scratches either. Keys and a collapsed pocket knife share the pocket also.

Absolutely. I do it all the time. I try not to put it in a pocket with change or keys. I have been putting WM devices in my pocket for ages, and this one fits in the pocket better than any other I've ever owned. In warmer weather such as we are having now I use the case it came with, but when I have a jacket or sweater, or other clothing with more pockets I don't bother with the case, it's much easier to just drop it into a pocket. After all they are POCKET PCs, right.
