unlock pin code

Help, my 6800 has been a trusty machine for a while, now after updating to the new Alltel WM6.1 ROM I have a problem. After being asleep for a while it won't wake up unless I enter the unlock code?? I have no code set and don't want to use this feature. If i soft reset I am ok but this is still a pain. Any ideas where and how I can stop this?

a hard reset will do it lol

I have had the same problem with the last few alltel roms. I have even upgraded to custom roms and the problem remains. I think it has something to do with active sync because it will ocasionally erases all of my active sync server information when i softreset.

try the last 4 of ur phone number.. assuming that u bought the mogul new

You can try the last 4 of your number but either someone played a joke on you while you were asleep and turn on that security feature or you got gremlins

Unless you are synced with an exchange server. System administrators can impose a lock on your device to keep people out of company resources. Happened to me, the only thing I could do was Hard Reset and NOT re-connect to exchange.

Use Stay Unlock No more problems.

Tried that cab and it still locked on me today. Not sure what causes it but I have to soft reset to use my phone.

The unlock Cab has worked!! Thanks so much, I don't know where that lock came from, I never activated it and nothing would unlock it - not the phone number or even my code if I did activate the lock then turn it off. Now - after the above cab all is good and you have my thanks!
