i have a mogul so i wonder if i can encountered people around me to chat, any program for that? any method? if yes please let me know, i think is cool to know more people around i live in puerto rico the provider is sprint, i include this info just in case was necessary.

sorry to start againt but to this the others peoples have to have the program to right? i was wandering if is a way to just scan a area with the bluetooth y find and chat with that people
