Help battery died during radio update!

My battery must have dischaged overnight. Didn't bother to look before upgrade in the morning. I haven't activated the phone yet. I can load spl 2.40 on and a rom from kitchen but cannot change or upgrade the radio. LD

Have you tried installing an official HTC ROM from bootloader?

How is that possible the RUU does not proceed if the battery is below 50%

Did you try flashing off a memory card and forget to plug it in? Would a hard reset work in this case?

i agree. it wont flash without being at 50 percent just for that reason

It would if it was at 50% or higher when it started, and then drained below.

I agree. There is no way a flash will totally deplete a 50% charged battery IMHO.

If the phone is in bootloader mode then the RUU will not detect the battery state and will flash even if it is lower then 50%
